http://www.rgob.com has web space without ads (only a "powered by" button required on the main page of your web site)

It includes php, 1 mysql database, cgi, and ftp or browser upload. Your web address is http://username.rgob.com (subdomain).

And its on pretty fast servers and great support from the admin staff. You must have a web site uploaded somewhere else before you can be accepted (any web site doesn't have to be anything special). Also you have to have a web site uploaded within 1 week after the account has been created.

Your account may take up to 48 hours to be accepted and for the DNS servers to update for your subdomain.

Email (pop, imap, or browser) is available on request also.
